At Gcore we are in the exciting early stages of bringing a cost-effective and innovative public cloud products to the market. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in managing multiple cloud products from the technical and business point of view.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new and existing product features by running customer development programs, developing feature descriptions and KPIs, collaborating with R&D to optimize the development process;
• Perform business and technical research;
• Create how-to papers, internal and external guides;
• Oversee and help with key sales projects involving cloud services;
• Ensure the successful delivery of compute services, focusing on performance, scalability and reliability;
• Work closely with marketing team on market research, product messaging, communication strategy, go-to-market and channel strategy.

• 5+ years combined experience in product management/project management/solution architect in relevant fields;
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and public clouds/hyperscalers;
• Strong project management experience, with ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage dependencies & deliver results;
• Hands-on technical experience: able to follow and validate customer experience with infrastructure products: install, configure;
• Customer focused, with strong user empathy and ability to understand end user needs and translate into actionable strategies;
• Good English written & verbal communication skills.
