Job Title: Logistics Operations Lead - Non-CDL Driver

As a Logistics Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily logistics activities, leading a team of drivers, and driving a truck to and from designated locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of drivers and ensure the successful launch and sort of packages in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Operate a 26' box truck, or smaller, daily, and drive to and from designated locations (approximately 4-5 hours of driving per day)
• Conduct warehouse tasks, supervise employees, and maintain high safety standards in compliance with company policies
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate technology platforms, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Provide exceptional customer service to our crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics operations management or a related field
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
