Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise to efficiently fulfill high-volume and niche technology roles, leveraging your knowledge of Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and creative recruiting tactics
• Build strong internal and external relationships, providing exceptional customer service and influencing stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals
• Source and screen candidates, conducting pre-screening, technical interviews, and negotiations to ensure the best fit for our clients
• Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, from job opening to closing, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Analyze data to continuously improve recruitment practices, optimizing resource utilization and making informed decisions
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve recruitment targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of the recruitment life-cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building
• Willingness to work in night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST) and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Graduate degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with experience in recruitment or a related field
