People Architects is thrilled to partner with our Orange County-based client, a fast-growing holding company that owns and operates digitally native brands, to recruit for this exciting role. As a Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our Lifecycle Marketing Manager to craft and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and drive conversions through strategic email, SMS, and marketing automation campaigns.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). If you are passionate about email marketing, SMS campaigns, and marketing automation, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and schedule engaging email marketing, SMS, and automation campaigns to drive conversions and customer engagement
• Design emails and SMS marketing materials with a mix of live text and images, adhering to best practices and brand guidelines
• Manage testing processes to ensure high campaign performance and reliability
• Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to create compelling templates and marketing assets
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, identifying trends and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, anti-spam regulations, and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Take on additional responsibilities as defined by management to support overall marketing objectives

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with graphic design tools or working closely with designers is a plus
