Remote Project Manager Opportunity - Eastern Time Zone

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing patient and health-related data migration, governance, data cleansing, data export, APIs, and enterprise data modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP, as well as exceptional communication skills and experience working with project management tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, scopes, risks, and lead project status meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and stakeholders
- Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and capacity plans
- Ensure adherence to standard program and project tools, metrics, and best practices
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects
- 5+ years of experience working as part of an enterprise PMO
- Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements and familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, or claims processing
- Strong communication, IT, budget, and reporting skills
- Proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software
