Job Responsibilities:

As a Floor Staff/Cast Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, selling tickets and concessions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You may be assigned to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Your duties will include:

• Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Up-selling and promoting Premium Viewing Experiences and the Regal Crown Club program
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
• Working effectively in a team environment and supporting colleagues as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Depending on your assignment, your duties may include:

• Box Office: Operating POS systems, selling tickets, and promoting Premium Viewing Experiences
• Concession: Operating POS systems, preparing and serving concessions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Usher: Tearing tickets, directing guests to auditoriums, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Have basic math skills and be able to operate a POS system
• Be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
• Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
