Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join our in-house creative agency, OnBrand. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across various digital touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver customer-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, design thinking, and empathy mapping to understand customer pain points and opportunities
• Utilize analytical skills and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with product directors to determine their understanding needs, make recommendations, and craft strategies that align with their product roadmap
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including site maps, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Conduct usability testing and other forms of qualitative and quantitative customer research

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Management
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field
• Strong understanding of the UX design process and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX design skills and experience
