Senior Sourcing Specialist - Remote Opportunity with The Walt Disney Company

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team at The Walt Disney Company. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to maximize value and minimize risk for our $1B+ annual professional services spend
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities, and lead RFPs and negotiations with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and identify opportunities for growth
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions and optimize contract negotiations
• Develop and execute contracts, and perform post-award administration to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in services category sourcing
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements, with a strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
