Job Overview

In this integral role, you will manage diverse clients, execute executive assistant duties, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to deliver timely updates, detailed reports, and accurate time tracking. You will also engage in regular strategy and team meetings, leading client discussions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diverse clients and execute executive assistant duties, including marketing systems, website enhancements, and social media management
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey and foster a positive client experience
  • Deliver timely updates and detailed reports to clients, including daily and weekly summaries
  • Accurately track and document time spent on tasks
  • Engage in regular strategy and team meetings, leading client discussions as necessary

Required Skills

  • Proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve results and overcome challenges
  • Competency in working independently while collaborating with a remote team
  • Extensive customer service experience and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Wix, Asana, WordPress, and various CRM/project management platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and exceptional grammatical skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative assistant capacity
  • At least 5 years' experience in executive assistant and project management roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software essential
  • Superior communication skills and a dedicated home office with necessary equipment
