As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting services to our clients, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities

• Enter monthly transactions into QBO, Xero, and other software
• Perform monthly reconciliation and invoicing
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements

• Located in the Denver metro area (occasional in-person meetings required)
• Strong accounting skills and experience with QBO, Xero, and other software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sales tax experience
• Excel pivot tables and vlookups
• Experience with QB Desktop, Sage, or other accounting software
