Senior Administration Specialist: Pricing

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Specialist: Pricing to join our team at Old Mutual, a leading provider of Group Life, Funeral, and Disability products in South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating tenders, analyzing claims experience, and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and analyze new business tender requests and compile claims experience for larger arrangements
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and intermediaries
• Respond to and resolve enquiries from various stakeholders and clients, providing a hassle-free service and delivering results in a professional and timely manner
• Conform to Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders and provide quality service to clients and intermediaries
• Process documentation, provide administrative support, and deliver on daily production standards

Requirements:

• Matric (with Mathematics) and insurance industry experience
• Working knowledge of pricing and rating principles in a group risk environment
• In-depth knowledge and experience working within and pricing in a Group Assurance/Risk environment
• Proven numerical ability, mathematical reasoning skills, and computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and customer-centricity
