Senior Staff Engineer (Remote) - Shape the Future of Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of technical roadmaps to drive product innovation and engineering capabilities
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in multiple areas, including software development, architecture, and engineering
• Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and others
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in Java, architecture, and design
• 8+ years of experience with architecture and design, including microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based systems
• 6+ years of experience with open-source frameworks, DevOps concepts, and cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong understanding of CS data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and educate executives and technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
