Talent Specialist

We’re looking for an adaptable and collaborative Talent Specialist to help us grow and develop our people around the world. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our Talent Business Partners—both on their client groups and on broader programs—to bring impactful initiatives to life, support employee learning, and help embed the Model N Competency Model across the company. You’ll use your data skills to track progress, spot trends, and guide decisions, while staying flexible and ready to pivot as priorities evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capability Building: Deliver tools, content, and workshops that build employee and manager capabilities aligned with the Model N Competency Model.
  • Competency Model Enablement: Champion and support the integration, adoption, and visibility of the Model N Competency Model in talent programs and employee development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business teams to ensure consistent delivery and impact of talent initiatives.
  • Coaching Support: Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to employees in partnership with Talent Business Partners.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage and analyze talent-related data to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Program Operations: Support logistics and execution of key talent programs such as onboarding, employee events, and high-potential employee learning (HPEL).
  • Client group support: Partner with Talent Business Partners on supporting the US population

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP, talent development, Learning and Development or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with competency models and experience supporting their implementation is a plus
  • Experience supporting global teams or working in a matrixed environment preferred

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Learning and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus

Compensation varies depending on factors that may include a candidate’s relevant experience, education and/or certifications, location, training, and other skills. Positions are eligible to participate in either our employee bonus program or commission payments, depending on the nature of the role.
