The anticipated salary range for this role is between $80,000.00 and $125,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Finance Associate with strong communication and analytical skills to join SMBC MANUBANK’s Finance team. The Associate will support resource strategy, management reporting and the budgeting and forecasting processes. The individual should be skilled in presentation skills, financial data analysis and scenario modeling to drive actionable insight. The Associate will be responsible for supporting key initiatives including annual expense budgeting cycle, monthly forecasting and ad-hoc analysis for the CFO and other senior stakeholders and independently managing production of standard management reports and presentations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• * Financial budgeting, forecasting and modeling: Support annual planning and monthly actuals and forecast processes, working with key stakeholders and contributing to cross functional teams.
• Reporting and analysis: Develop in-depth understanding of financials by leveraging financial modeling and data analytics to help guide cross functional partners on the Bank’s financial picture in order to develop holistic strategic options.
• Strategic planning: Support the execution of key initiatives including performance gap assessments, critical analyses and set up projects / initiatives to drive results working with stakeholders and management to identify and execute on opportunities for process improvements.
• Business partnerships: Develop constructive relationships within and outside the team, including communication of key messages and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and managing stakeholders expectations and determining actions to improve FP&A services, as necessary.
• Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance, trends, and risks and opportunities to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• * Minimum of 4+ years in financial services or related industries.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to execute and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Background in reporting and analysis and related modeling experiences.
• Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with team members and colleagues at decision making levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
• Collaborative and demonstrated ability to work with a team in dynamic environment
