Senior New Business Producer

In this role, you will…

  • Drive healthcare professional liability insurance sales production by prospecting over the phone and via e-mail in direct correlation with strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Make outbound business to business calls to viable leads, documenting results in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and spreadsheets as directed.
  • Qualify new business leads by verifying account demographics, membership affiliations, and contact information.
  • Meet annual new business targets and hit ratios.
  • Travel to tradeshows to represent MedPro when necessary (less than 5% of the time).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with…

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional credentials.
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical malpractice insurance sales experience.
  • Aggressive self-starter mentality with excellent communication, organization, management and sales/negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional sales skills via phone and written communications.
  • Strong analytical, decision making skills.
  • Positive and resilient personality to handle rejection well, while staying motivated and motivating the team to win business.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal/teamwork and relationship management skills.
  • An active P&C license (preferred).

General: MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $60,000 to $90,000.  This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position.
