We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
- Help people choose a health insurance plan that fits their needs.
- Talk to customers on the phone to answer questions and explain plan options.
- Make and take phone calls to help with sales and customer support.
- Give correct and clear information while following company rules.
- Work with team members and managers in a respectful and helpful way.
- Show interest in building a sales career by actively engaging with customers and continuously improving sales skills.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior sales or customer service skills preferred
- Active Health and Life Insurance license required
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bilingual - fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish, English and Cantonese or English and Mandarin, dependent on staffing needs
- Able to stay motivated, work hard, and find solutions to problems
- Communicates well with others and works well on a team
- Pays close attention to details
- Good at solving problems
- Manages time well and can work independently
- Comfortable using computers and switching between websites
- Shows up on time, reliable, and can adapt to different work needs
