• Design and implement data collection methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, observations, existing data analysis) to gather relevant information on current practices and desired outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.
• Program Design and Development:
• Develop and design innovative and engaging professional development programs, workshops, and resources tailored to the identified needs of educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design into all professional development offerings.
• Create comprehensive curriculum and materials for professional development sessions.
• Facilitation and Delivery:
• Lead and facilitate professional development sessions, workshops, and training for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.

• Consultation and Strategy:
