Job Description: Employer: Discover Products Inc Job Title: Senior Data Science Analyst (multiple openings) Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois Job Type: Full Time Duties: Develops advanced analytics solutions including customer segmentation, optimization, test & design of experiments and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytical-related occupation. Position required skills:Position requires experience in: Operational Data Reporting in Tableau; Performance metrics and data structuring using Python, SQL, and Excel; Data Modelling and Machine Learning in R and Python; File Data management using SQL or SAS; Data analysis using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; Analyze big data in corresponding big data platforms such as Snowflake; and Conduct adhoc analysis and machine learning models on big data. Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $105,500.00 to $147,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
