The Director of Integrated Marketing will lead the development and execution of fully integrated, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints. This role will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives that bring together digital, traditional, content, and experiential marketing to ensure a unified brand experience. The Director of Integrated Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, product, analytics, and sales, to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation, product launches, customer retention, and brand awareness initiatives across digital, content, events, and demand generation channels.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, customer success, and other departments to create unified, compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, email, social media, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Define customer segments and personas for targeted marketing strategies, tailoring messaging and campaigns to diverse audience groups.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for integrated marketing campaigns and track progress to ensure objectives are met. Analyze the impact of campaigns on key business metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.Weekly reporting to executives on progress globally.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for integrated campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities reflect Extreme Networks' brand values and contribute to elevating brand perception within the marketplace.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in integrated marketing, cloud networking, and the broader technology landscape to inform strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Partner, Channel and Data Analytics to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in global integrated campaign marketing, driving strategic, high-impact initiatives across diverse industries.
  • Experienced people leader, successfully managing and mentoring teams to drive performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Experience in email marketing, developing and executing targeted campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing strategy development, ideally within B2Benvironment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Experience managing and scaling cross-channel marketing campaigns and multi-channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Remote USA – Salary based on qualifications 150k-190K
