With are growth expectations for 2025, we are seeking a strategic Fractional CFO to join our innovative team.

What You’ll Do

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and other leaders, providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's rapid growth trajectory

• Develop and implement financial systems and controls

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across client portfolios

• Raise debt from lenders to help with acquisitions

• Complete financial modelling with regard to Leverage BuyOuts (LBOs)

Client Financial Management

• Analyze client campaign performance metrics and ROI

• Optimize financial operations for our media buying and creative services

• Support pricing strategies for our core service offerings including PPC Management, Site Testing, and Video Ad Creative

Operational Excellence

• Manage relationships with financial partners and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations across international operations

What You Bring

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance ideally within a high-growth environment

• Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS companies, with a strong understanding of company metrics and KPIs

• Comprehensive knowledge of FP&A and GAAP accounting, with proven success in leading budgeting and forecasting

• Familiarity with M&A activities, including pre-transaction analysis and post-transaction financial integration

• Experience with ERP Platforms and other financial tools

• The ability to drive strategic financial decisions and clearly communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders

• Data-driven decision-making mindset, with expertise in financial modeling and analysis

• A "big picture" perspective, well versed in implementing and maintaining effective accounting controls and systems

• Ability to analyze existing operations and recommend and implement both revised and new policies, procedures, and systems

• Experience with international business operations

This is a remote position with flexible hours, joining our globally distributed team. The fractional commitment will be determined based on company needs and candidate availability.
