Office Manager - AI trainer

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our customer team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in office systems, process optimization, and staff coordination to ensure seamless administrative operations in a remote environment. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with team members and AI-driven tools to elevate operational efficiency and support organizational growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily remote office operations, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate internal communications and foster collaboration across teams to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous training for staff, enhancing team knowledge in office systems and process optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and refine administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support administrative planning by collaborating with AI systems and providing subject matter expertise.
  • Manage scheduling, virtual meetings, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to office management and staff coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong expertise in office systems, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with AI-driven administrative tools or platforms.
  • Background in training or staff development in distributed teams.
  • Certification in office management, human resources, or process optimization.
