The Director, Global Total Rewards will lead the development and implementation of our global rewards strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role will be pivotal in designing and managing base pay, bonus benefits and recognition programs that align with our business objectives and support our global workforce.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Develop and implement global compensation philosophy and practices designed to motivate, retain and incentivize high performance aligned with business goals.

  • Design and manage compensation programs including base, variable, and incentive pay.

  • Oversee benefits strategy and benchmarking across local markets.

  • Lead the annual compensation review process and provide benchmarking insights.

  • Ensure compliance and reporting required by local compensation regulations and internal governance.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation with broader strategies.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 10+ years of compensation experience, including 5+ in leadership roles.

  • Proven success in global compensation strategy and understanding of equity plans.

  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Workday preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Deep knowledge of global compensation standards and continuous improvement mindset.
