This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including developing payment solutions and ensuring compliance with regulations.The VP of Payment Systems oversees development teams responsible for product development, operations, and risk management within the payment ecosystem.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Deep Payments Expertise:Extensive knowledge of the global payments ecosystem, including cross-border transactions, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies.
- Strategic Thinking:Ability to define vision, shape commercial models, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Leadership Experience:Proven track record of leading teams, managing strategic partnerships, and influencing stakeholders.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Salary Range:
$1.00 - $999,999,999.00Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
