You will work Health Economics, Government Affairs & Market Access team, which is a set of strategies, activities, and processes that Medtronic develops to ensure that our products, therapies, solutions are made timely available to all eligible patients and are adequately priced in a specific healthcare system. Reporting to Principal Reimbursement Analyst, the Associate Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for planning and making market access and government partnership strategies for Medtronic product and specialties. This is an individual contributor role and located in Ankara, travel included Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Completion of health procurement registrations in coordination with all support functions, SMEs, and commercial teams
  • Investigates and communicates potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives in Healthcare Procurement and Reimbursement System
  • Preparing analysis for government officials at appropriate levels as they take decisions and develop policies that will affect Medtronic Business
  • Development of internal communication materials, including announcements, briefing decks, and other content to support effective information sharing across the organization
  • Works closely with Commercial Teams and SME teams in developing and delivering key messages to government officials
  • Supports with document flow tracking between Government and Market Access Department.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Graduate from Engineering and/or Economy, Business, Biology and Chemistry
  • An excellent command of the English and Turkish, both spoken and written is essential
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
  • A strong team player with initiative who collaborates well with internal/external partners
  • Focus on results and quality.
