Social Media Manager (ZR_24691_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mokena, IL time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
- Total Working Hours per Week:40 hours
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team immediately.
- This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong online presence across various platforms.
- The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with AI tools like ChatGPT.
- You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and helping to grow our brand through visually appealing and strategically planned posts.
- You will also work closely with our team and report directly to Ashley for ongoing requirements and direction.
- Design and schedule visually appealing content including graphics, slides, and light video editing.
- Respond to comments and messages across social platforms with professional, grammatically correct English.
- Use tools like ChatGPT to assist in generating captions, responses, and creative content ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activity with marketing strategies.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve performance and reach.
- Stay up to date with current trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Basic video editing skills.
- Strong written English and grammar skills. Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content support.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Experience with social media analytics/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms.
- Prior experience in brand voice development or community management.
