Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage digital files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with social media management, including content scheduling and posting.
  • Collaborate with team members on administrative projects and tasks.
  • Identify and implement tools and processes that enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and various online collaboration tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing concepts.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workplace.
