As a Solution Implementation Specialist, you will collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and support tailored product deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in a healthcare operations, implementation, or support role
- Hands-on experience with prior authorization, insurance verification, or hospital admissions workflows
- Experience working in or supporting Epic, particularly modules related to patient access or revenue cycle
- Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with healthcare payer requirements and revenue cycle processes
