Instructional Designer (Philippines Remote)
Turnitin is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging and innovative onboarding education content for customers. The successful candidate will design and develop self-paced educational offerings, employ instructional design principles, and ensure quality and consistency in learning assets.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience designing, creating and delivering end-user product training
- 2+ years experience with course authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/360, Captivate)
- 2+ years experience creating and publishing content in an LMS platform (Skilljar preferred)
- Employ solid instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Results driven and ability to manage projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines
