Software Licensing Consultant Sr
The Software Licensing Consultant Sr role involves assisting Insight Cloud Care Clients with quoting CSP products, onboarding, and break-fix support guidance. The successful candidate will work with clients to ensure successful adoption and expansion of cloud solutions, while maintaining a client-obsessed approach to provide the best possible experience.
Requirements
- Proven history of excellent customer service and accountability
- Strong organizational skills with an understanding of IT operations
- Ability to connect with clients to create a stronger relationship between the client and Insight
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the constant change of the cloud platforms and multiple work streams
- Strong background in Microsoft CSP program as well as Microsoft Licensing
- Background in other cloud solutions like Adobe, AWS and Google
