WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As the Designer at Plaud for Business, you are responsible for creating visually compelling assets that communicate our value proposition, enhance our brand identity, and drive engagement across all customer touchpoints.

• You'll establish design systems and processes that enable rapid creation of high-quality assets while maintaining consistency in our visual language.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Develop and maintain Plaud for Business's visual identity system that balances approachable PLG aesthetics with enterprise credibility

• Create high-impact marketing assets across app, web, email, social media, events, and advertising channels

• Create compelling visual narratives that explain complex product features in accessible ways

• Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and conversion

• Establish guidelines and templates that maintain brand consistency while enabling scale

• Direct photoshoots, video productions, and animation projects that elevate our brand storytelling

• Stay current on design trends and technologies to continuously innovate our visual approach

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of SaaS product design experience

• Strong portfolio showing range across digital, print, and multimedia formats

• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) Understanding of design systems and how to implement them at scale

• Experience working with product, marketing, and sales teams in fast-paced environments
