Clinical Social Worker
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to work as a Health Care Facility Surveyor for a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Completed CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least 2 years of experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
