Currently, we are looking for an SAP Support Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) to join our team.

Position: SAP Support Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) Location: Manila, Philippines Module: AMS FI/CO

Job Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.

• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.

• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.

• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in accounting, finance, business, or any other related field.

• At least 3 years (for Consultant level), 7 years (for Senior Consultant level) of professional experience in SAP FICO, with an understanding of integration topics with other modules.

• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
