About the Role

As our Recruitment & Onboarding Intern, you will:

  • Support sourcing top IT and technical talent via job portals and social media.
  • Assist with screening CVs and pre‑screening questionnaires.
  • Coordinate interviews and help manage candidate logistics.
  • Contribute to creating candidate profiles and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Help prepare onboarding materials, welcome packs, and new hire schedules.
  • Participate in follow‑up procedures with newly onboarded colleagues.

  • Currently enrolled in a university and eligible for Erasmus+.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Fluent English (and Polish, if possible).

  • Comfortable with multitasking and operating in a dynamic, tech‑oriented environment.
