Customer Data Analyst with FrenchMichelin is hiring!- - - - - - - - - - - -This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management. What we’re looking for: Good knowledge of French (minimum B2);Comfortable using English in a professional context;Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools;Intermediate Excel and Office suite skills;Team-worker attitude.As a Customer Data Analyst, you will:Cooperate with the Sales Department in order to receive and process an accurate CarForm;Propose solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently;Correct and timely setup customer accounts (including processes such as creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation);Conduct applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk;Check identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo)Ensure traceability of financial transactions;Participate in auditing processes related to customer accounts, self-assessment of internal control implementation, and collaborate with auditors and internal controllers;Do implementation of action plans for internally identified non-compliance points;Issue reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars;Create missing procedures and update existing ones for processes within the area of responsibility.In Michelin we offer:Flexible work schedule and home-office optionsA customizable benefits package with options to choose: gym access, medical or dental services, private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs, cultural activities vouchers etc.Private medical subscription;Life insurance;Lunch vouchers and discounts;Deduction of vacation costs.How we recruit:Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
