This role is at the intersection of social strategy, influence marketing, and integrated communication—connecting dots between content, community, and culture to create impact beyond the feed.You’ll be responsible for developing narratives that spark conversations, building influence programs, and ensuring content flows seamlessly across different platforms. This isn’t just about creating posts—it’s about orchestrating a cohesive brand voice across social, campaigns, and community interactions while keeping a structured and data-driven approach to execution.
What You'll Be Doing:Develop and execute integrated content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance in the U.S. market. Ensure seamless messaging across social, influencer initiatives, and marketing content while managing calendar. Analyze market trends and audience behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize content performance. Write, structure, and execute creative campaigns, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints. Draft creative briefs to guide the production of marketing assets that align with business goals. Work across teams to ensure consistent messaging and progress on marketing projects, facilitating collaboration and effective execution.
What You Need To Succeed:U.S. native. Bring proven content operation skills focused on the U.S market, with a strong foundation in creative strategy and digital media Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive creative decisions Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills Experience working with AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analysis Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
