What You'll Do
- Partner directly with customers to design and integrate APIs and embedded solutions that transform the marketing experience for SMBs.
- Architect and build robust REST APIs that power critical components of our marketing automation stack.
- Lead full-stack product development, leveraging the latest AI tools to deliver innovative features and outstanding user experiences.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate quickly and deliver exceptional value to end users.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling modern web applications (ideally with Ruby on Rails and React/Typescript)
- Strong background in designing APIs and integrating complex systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes a plus)
- Passion for solving real-world problems and delivering impactful products
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
