This hybrid role offers flexibility, rich clinical experience, and top-tier compensation for individual sessions - well above typical NYC fee-for-service rates. You’ll work with a multicultural population of children, adults, couples, and families, including LGBTQIA+ clients, youth, veterans, and justice-involved individuals. Whether you're full-time or part-time, you’ll enjoy flexibility, support, and the chance to be part of meaningful change. What You’ll Do
- Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations (including CSSRS)
- Provide individual, couples, family, group, and crisis therapy
- Use trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches with a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with prescribers, supervisors, and clinical staff on care coordination
- Lead or co-lead therapy groups and participate in clinical initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR (Care Logic)
- Use clinical tools like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PSYCKES to guide treatment
- Attend case conferences, team meetings, and supervision
- Report mandated incidents to appropriate authorities as needed
Who You Are
- Licensed in New York State as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required)
- Experienced in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
- Skilled in trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practice, and telehealth
- Bilingual in Spanish or Bengali is a strong plus
- Organized, empathetic, and passionate about mental health equity
- Comfortable using EHR systems and documentation tools
