Associate Community Pastor

The Associate Community Pastor is responsible for partnering with the Community Pastor toidentify, train, and develop passionate and capable global Leaders to support the LifeGroups/LifeMissions initiatives. This role will support championing the cause for community and connecting attenders with leaders or mentor relationships. The Associate Community Pastor is responsible for pastoral care and leadership of attenders and volunteers, in addition to supporting the operational and pastoral efforts of their ministry and campus to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
