In this role, you’ll be at the heart of client projects, managing complex influencer marketing initiatives, contributing to regional strategies, and guiding junior team members all while collaborating with some of the most creative minds in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement.

Lead large-scale influencer marketing and social media projects with strategic insight and creative thinking.

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their industries, audiences, challenges, and goals.

Identify and engage top-tier influencers and media across platforms to deliver on client objectives.

Business & Project Management.

Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision and ownership.

Ensure cross-functional collaboration and seamless project execution across teams.

Monitor performance, report outcomes, and troubleshoot issues with agility.

Team Leadership & Development.

Supervise junior staff by setting clear expectations, offering feedback, and fostering a growth mindset.

Champion Edelman values and contribute to an inclusive and empowering team culture.

Share knowledge of emerging trends, tools, and best practices to elevate team capabilities.

Business Development.

Support new business pitches through insights, research, and compelling presentations.

Contribute ideas to grow existing accounts and explore untapped opportunities.

Who You Are.

You bring 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Communications, PR, digital media, or related fields.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

You possess a solid understanding of public relations strategies and how influencer marketing supports broader brand goals.

You’re a skilled communicator—both written and verbal—and comfortable crafting press materials and internal messaging.

You understand traditional and digital media landscapes and how to connect with audiences authentically.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple projects with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills.

Proficiency in social media tools, influencer platforms, and analytics.

Experience conducting stakeholder mapping, media outreach, and message development.

A passion for cultural trends and the evolving creator economy.
