Founder's Operations Associate

Job Title: Founder's Associate / Operations Associate Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Compensation: USD 2,000–$3,000/month Remote

Company Overview

Our client—an exited founder building a pre-operational AI-enabled logistics startup—is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Founder's Associate / Operations Associate to join as one of the first hires.

In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the founder to own critical financial projections, support business operations, and lead strategic initiatives across finance, marketing, sales, and internal systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all facets of building a tech-driven company from the ground up.

Financial Operations (Priority Focus)

• Own and build detailed financial models and projections

• Monitor and report on budget performance, including actual vs. forecast

• Prepare investor-ready financial updates and internal dashboards

Sales & Marketing Operations

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies

• Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns

• Use CRM and outreach tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, and Salesforce

• Support messaging, positioning, and sales pipeline development

Project Management & Strategic Support

• Coordinate and execute strategic cross-functional initiatives

• Support operational planning, tooling, and process improvements

• Identify and implement AI tools to streamline internal workflows

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable owning projections

• Proficient with CRM and sales outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Technically curious and eager to explore AI-enabled business tools

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams

• Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity and rapid change

• Work side-by-side with an experienced, exited founder

• Own critical financial and operational workstreams from day one
