AI Systems Engineer (Full-stack)
About the Role CloudZero is leading the next wave of FinOps innovation—building intelligent systems that connect cloud spend to business outcomes. We’re hiring a Full-stack AI Systems Engineer to own and evolve our AI orchestration infrastructure and lead development of smart, agent-powered features across both customer-facing products and internal tools.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of AI systems at CloudZero and bring agentic intelligence into the core of our platform.
What You’ll Do
Lead the evolution of our AI orchestration infrastructure and agent frameworks.
Build fullstack features using Python and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vite, Astro).
Design multi-agent systems, task planning loops, and RAG pipelines.
Integrate cloud-native and generative AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Anthropic APIs, vector DBs).
Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver embedded, AI-powered features.
Stay on the leading edge of LLM tools and frameworks—and bring new ideas into production
What We’re Looking For
Experience building and maintaining AI agents or orchestration frameworks.
Proficient in backend Python development and capable on the frontend when needed.
Cloud-native mindset, ideally with AWS experience (Lambda, S3, Bedrock, etc.).
Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques.
Comfortable leading projects independently and collaborating across disciplines.
Strong grasp of dev tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability best practices.
Bonus Points
Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Bedrock Agents.
Background in DevTools, platform engineering, or internal tooling.
Familiarity with FinOps or cloud cost intelligence (a plus, not required).
