Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, product launches, investor meetings, and community outreach activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define event objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with Fuse’s mission and brand.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, technical support, and on-site coordination.

  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and staffing plans to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities in partnership with the communications team to maximize attendance and engagement.

  • Gather feedback and analyze event outcomes to drive continuous improvement for future events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor management and team collaboration.

  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment6.
