Technical Product Manager

About the Role Echo is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to work closely with the CTO and Engineering Team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys helping technical teams stay focused, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the CTO and development team to manage execution of product initiatives.
Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively communicate updates, risks, and progress to leadership.
Manage team expectations and provide structured feedback loops.
Help prioritize and organize the product roadmap based on business needs.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a product or project management role, ideally in a technical environment.
Proven ability to work closely with developers and technical leaders.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience or background in the financial industry is a strong plus.
