Tech Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Team Lead to join us in building an exciting new product in AdTech. If you’re passionate about TypeScript, NestJS, and enjoy leading small teams while staying hands-on, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using NestJS and TypeScript

• Lead a small engineering team and support their growth

• Help shape the architecture and technical direction of the product

• Integrate external services for A/B testing and feature flagging

• Ensure high code quality through reviews and testing

• Work closely with Product and other stakeholders to deliver a great product

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in TypeScript, NestJS/Express, and PostgreSQL (or similar)

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers

• Experience with non-managed deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

Bonus

• Experience with Prisma, RabbitMQ, or ReactJS

• Experience working on A/B-tested applications

• AdTech or B2C product experience
