To support our mission, we’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to help us with our go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive the promotion and adoption of our integrations.

What you’ll be working on:
  • You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy for our entire suite of integrations.

  • Understanding the needs of our user base - from individual developers to large enterprises - to craft tailored product messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral for Apify’s integrations.

  • Developing and lead successful GTM strategies for new integrations - from initial launch to ongoing marketing campaigns that drive adoption.

  • Measuring and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and product decisions.

  • Working closely with our product and engineering teams to provide market and user feedback that will influence the future roadmap of our integrations.

  • Identifying key integration trends and monitor the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities for growth and partnerships.

  • Keeping our internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, informed and educated about various use cases so we can use these integrations internally as well.

They say there are no perfect candidates, but you might be the one if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in a technology company with a strong developer focus and a product-led growth (PLG) model.

  • A genuine passion for the power of integrations and how they unlock greater value for users, staying current with the latest API and integration trends.

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies - from user research and competitive analysis to compelling messaging and GTM plans.

  • A grasp of complex technical concepts, such as APIs and webhooks, and translate them into clear, relatable, and engaging marketing campaigns - for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strategic thinking, and you know how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, focusing on integration opportunities that will have the most impact.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills and thrive when collaborating across various teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Any technical background and experience in the integrations space is a big plus, either in formal third-level education or in the trenches of another tech company.

By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Apify's existing integrations, including our API, webhooks, and key partner integrations like Zapier, Make, and our growing list of data and AI-related connectors.

  • Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis of the integration landscape within the web scraping and data extraction industry to identify our key differentiators and opportunities.

  • Engage with our current users and partners to learn about their primary use cases, challenges, and the value they gain from Apify’s integrations.

  • Evaluate how users currently discover and adopt our integrations, and suggest new marketing channels to explore.

  • Gain early wins by developing and launching initial marketing campaigns to promote key integrations.

By the end of the first 6 months, we expect you to:
  • Become an active contributor to the overall marketing strategy, ensuring our integration marketing efforts are aligned with Apify's mission and quarterly objectives (OKRs).

  • Utilize user data and analytics to drive the adoption of our integrations and acquire new users who can benefit from a connected Apify experience.

  • Take full ownership of the marketing roadmap for Apify's integrations, ensuring it is strategically aligned with user needs, market trends, and Apify’s long-term business goals.
