Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help build and scale a high-impact data platform that powers decision-making and innovation across engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and governance. You’ll play a critical role in designing real-time and batch data pipelines, ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and accessibility through user-friendly portals and dashboards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering precision and business impact.

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines that align with privacy and governance requirements.

• Build and evolve data consumption portals for both technical and non-technical users.

• Own data quality and integrity across all supported systems and workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and strategy to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

• Troubleshoot dashboard and system issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy of outputs.

• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience (query optimization, indexing, procedures, etc.)

• 5+ years of hands-on development in Go, Python, Java, or Scala

• Proven expertise building data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and system integrations

• Experience with distributed databases and data migrations

• Strong API skills (JSON, GraphQL)

• Deep understanding of data structures and performance optimization

• Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and departments

• Analytical skills for debugging and validating data
