We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator, Internal Communications and Administration to support our internal communications, agency operations, and employee engagement programs. This individual will serve as the backbone of operational efficiency across the business, ensuring employees are well-informed, well-onboarded, and engaged in the agency's cultural fabric.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications & Branding

  • Create, manage, and distribute monthly internal newsletters and regular updates for the agency.
  • Maintain and update the SharePoint directory to ensure ease of access to key documents and contacts.
  • Oversee and refresh internal communications channels (email, Teams, email, etc.) with relevant announcements and policy updates.
  • Coordinate cultural moments and engagement campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional partners to spotlight achievements, observances, and employee milestones.
  • Employee Program Support

  • Support the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all materials, systems, and orientation programming specific to UEG and Creator marketing are delivered on time.
  • Maintain the UEG University platform content (internal learning or knowledge hub) with fresh material, events, and enrollment tracking.
  • Assist in temporary staff and intern program logistics, including onboarding, reporting, and mid-program communications.
  • Track and manage the employee recognition program, ensuring proper data capture, reporting, and visibility for employee rewards/recognition.
  • Aid on miscellaneous employee administrative duties, as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and manage employee updates for all-agency meetings and team announcements.
  • Maintain distribution lists and internal contact databases for communications accuracy.
  • Take ownership of meeting scheduling support for internal HR, learning and development, and operations team needs.
  • Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in internal communications, operations, HR, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and internal communications platforms.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines with professionalism and positivity.

    An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
