About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Web Engineer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and on-brand web experiences that showcase Rho’s products and campaigns. You'll partner closely with our cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable front-end solutions using React and Storyblok.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong UI development skills and a passion for shipping performant, pixel-perfect interfaces that convert.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain marketing landing pages, product pages, and campaign-driven web experiences in Storyblok

• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces from Figma files

• Create and maintain reusable React components and front-end patterns that support rapid iteration and scalability

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Growth, Product Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Services

• Support QA processes by testing across modern browsers and devices, identifying and fixing styling or functionality issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement of our frontend stack and developer workflows

You Have

• 2+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development

• Proficiency in React and Next.js, with experience working in modern Git workflows

• Experience building within a CMS like Storyblok, or similar tools (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, etc.)

• Solid understanding of semantic HTML, modern CSS, and responsive design principles

• A strong eye for design fidelity and detail—comfortable translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect code

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment

Bonus Points

• Experience working with web performance optimization, A/B testing tools, or analytics platforms

• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and WCAG standards

• Previous experience supporting marketing or growth teams with dynamic campaign needs

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $145,000-$167,000.

Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
