About the role
Support in driving awareness and demand generation campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share in the UK and France
Assist with logistics coordination, vendor communication, and on-site event support
Support in planning, coordinating, and executing regional events, including tradeshows, conferences, and executive programs to engage with prospects, customers, and partners.
Help develop marketing materials, promotional items, and event collateral tailored for the UK and the French market.
Manage localisations with 3rd party translators (project brief, reviews, proof-reading, making sure content is published following SLAs).
Project Management: organize campaigns and events in project management tool and work on better ways to optimize workflows
About you
Must be available for a minimum 6-month internship starting in September 2025
Enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Communications
Proven track record of measurable achievements during previous internship or professional experiences, ideally including event management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French fluency is a plus
Organised, proactive, strong attention to detail and curious nature
The student must be located in Amsterdam for the duration of the internship
