What we do

  • We implement high-throughput data pipelines using Kafka and Java.
  • We build the world's prettiest and most intuitive user interfaces using React, Typescript, and other OSS libraries.
  • We use a variety of other Open Source technologies including MySQL, Redis, RocksDB, InfluxDB, and more.

    • What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and architect reusable, high-performance front-end components that power sophisticated web applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Designers, Product Managers, Marketers, and Engineers to build and ship exceptional user-facing experiences.
  • Deeply understand user behavior and workflows to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful UX across the product.
  • Work across the full tech stack, contributing to key design decisions and debugging issues end-to-end when needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges as the product and user base grow.
  • Contribute to design and code reviews, helping maintain high quality and consistency across the codebase.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership, becoming a key driver of engineering excellence and team culture.

    • Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on JavaScript experience, including deep familiarity with asynchronous programming, closures, object-oriented principles, ES6+, and type systems.
  • 3+ years of HTML and CSS expertise, including responsive design, layout systems, accessibility, browser quirks, and CSS specificity.
  • At least 2+ years of experience building modular, well-abstracted UI components with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
  • A strong sense for clean, semantic markup and intuitive UI structures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the web stack, including HTTP, browser internals, caching, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Solid understanding of testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one major front-end framework/library such as React.js, Vue.js, or similar.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass, Less, or Stylus.
